What can i do to get more upper body strength but without having to buy anything (i dont have any money)?

go to a park and hang on to the monkey bars and pull your chin above the bar


also you can try lifting wieghts

swwimm!! last year i was hitting like doubles and stuff but then i joined the swimteam and i've been hitting lots of triples
..i do like a 500 of freestyle which is 20 laps and thats really good
well, i may actually try that..thanx
oh ya i used to club swimming and then i switched to club softball and my pitching coach (and my mom) tell me to swim still







unfortunetly i have to get up at six to do it
Pushups, pullups, and chair dips are all good things. I've been working them a lot to build up some more upper body strength.
